Refund & Exchange Policy
Article 1. Purpose
This Refund and Exchange Policy sets out matters related to payment refunds and exchange procedures for the credit-based AI rendering service provided by Plus Plastic Co., Ltd. (the "Company").
Article 2. Refund Eligibility

The Company will process a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

No more than 14 days have passed from the payment date.

The credits charged by the payment have not been used even once.

The request is submitted within the refund processing period applicable to the payment method.

Refunds are restricted in the following cases:

Some or all credits charged by the payment have already been used.
-
More than 14 days have passed from the payment date.

Use of the Service has been suspended or terminated due to violation of the Terms.
Article 3. Refund Procedure

A user requesting a refund must submit the following information through the customer support channel designated by the Company (email: info@plusplastic.com):

Account email address used for payment.

Payment date and payment amount.

Reason for refund.

Within 3 business days after receiving the request, the Company will respond on whether the refund is eligible. If eligible, the Company will process the refund through the payment service provider.
Article 4. Payment Service Provider Notes

For payments made through Toss Payments in the Korean environment, refund processing periods follow the policies of Toss Payments for each payment method.

For payments made through Polar.sh in the English environment, refunds are processed in U.S. dollars, and differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations are not compensated.
Article 5. Credit Exchange

Charged credits are not exchangeable for other products or services.

Unused credits automatically expire 1 year from the payment date, and expired credits are excluded from refund eligibility.
