AI Product Terms
1. Using AI Features
You are responsible for any text you type in, or images or other content you upload, to the AI Features (Input) as well as the resulting material you generate, such as images or text (Output). By using the AI Features, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use your Input. Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output do not violate applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of any third party (including, but not limited to, copyrights, publicity rights, personal data, and rights against defamation). You are responsible for ensuring that your Input and Output comply with these Terms before using or sharing them.
As between you and PlusPlastic Co., Ltd. (the "Company"), and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you retain all ownership rights in your Input and Output.
Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, Output may not be unique, and other users may generate the same or similar output using the Company's AI Features. The ownership and rights granted to you above do not apply to other users’ output.
Any Output generated through the Service constitutes "User Content" or "Customer Content" under these Terms.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, AI-related laws such as the EU AI Act).
You may use your Output for any lawful purpose, provided that you comply with these Terms. You acknowledge and agree that you use the Output at your own risk.
If you utilize the Output in areas that require professional judgment, such as medical, legal, investment, or other professional fields, you must not rely on the Output without appropriate professional review or independent verification.
The models and infrastructure used for the AI Features are subject to change, update, or discontinuation without prior notice. Consequently, the nature, quality, and consistency of the Output may vary, and the same Input may yield different results depending on the version or environment used.
2. Disclaimer
Output from the AI Features is generated by artificial intelligence. The Company does not verify and makes no representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Output, and the Output does not represent the Company’s views or official positions.
The Company makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Output.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Output, or from any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies contained in the Output. You are solely responsible for independently reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of the Output for your specific intended use case. The Company strongly recommends that you seek independent professional advice before making important decisions based on the Output.
3. Technology Partners
The Company may utilize technologies provided by third parties, including Google LLC (Service: "Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform") and Features & Labels, Inc. (Service: "fal.ai") (collectively, "Technology Partners"), to provide certain AI Features. By using the AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that your Input may be shared with the Company’s Technology Partners solely for the purpose of providing such features.
The Company has no control over, makes no representations regarding, and shall not be liable for the performance, stability, or policy changes of the services provided by the Technology Partners.
